AHHA last time gonna post this thing!! this end the last part of my CAS project!!!
We finally bind everything! so thick la, don't believe it can be binded haha but thx to the skill of the printer lady! it worked!
Went to see Mr Koh, haah he also showed how thick the other groups' project !ahah then went on to play badminton1! yea! i thrashed the hell out of xiuhui! - hahaz

Last day! print print print
Dear reader
Today marks the end of my 4 Days - 9pm of going home late!!! I have finally finished everything!!!!!!! muahah so happy that words cannot describe how i feel! Hahh! saded! FEEl so sad!! i wish Could do like 10 more of this project la! Serously! Alright,according to the Accpac- i am supposed to state the Contribution that i have made!
So heres a list!
-Entering of Charts of Accounts
-Doing BDA and Recurrring Entries
-Checkign for Entries during june 2004
-Checking of AP/AR -Sai gang > Printing of EVERYTHING
-Checking of Data Entry Form ahha
I have contributed to almost all! team leader aftyer all haiz..... teammate you OWE me one. ooo the Soft Skills ----- ahah definitely is socialisation skill! hah have to communicate with other team and teachers to work together. ahah Team helping each other! haha and sharing right and wrong information ahah. i Have made lots of friends indirectly! hah i thinka? hahahah alright thats all

CAS 3-part blog (Past to Now)
Dear readers,
Mission: To Blog about my CAS project.
Objective: Share my experiences throughout this CAS project.
At the beginning, our group were glad that we were one of the first to start this "Wonderful" Project. We started early and had lots of time to Think,Prepare & Do.
We started off with doing the charts of accounts, typing in all the opening balances. We were a bunch of novices who do not know how to use this ACCPAC system. Fortunately, with the help of our teachers, Mrs June and Mr Koh, many our problems were resolved.
Before i carried on talking about my project, let me give you more information about my project mates. We are a 5-man team. With me as the project leader, leading them by doing the risky parts. We were very united a we cleared each obstacle together and had fun during the project. One of our teammate - Mr late...we have to call her/him a few hours before to make sure he/she come on time. It was quite bad as at the beginning, she/he was the only one who had the copy of the project. So we could not do anything except to wait for him/her. We sort of got frustrated but eventually we found a solution - To have more than one copy of the project.
Our players - Me,XF,TW,Xh,RJ- We were also quite playful as we did not really focus on the project at the start. We were playing more than we were doing. HAH- the game that was responsible for it was Bejewled!!.
Alrighty, enough of our teammates. now project!!
We had lots of problems along the way. some of which are - the GST, the Void cheques, the recurring entries, the balance day adjustments, the Doing of AP module!!. these problems were some of the major ones that we have encountered so far!
Hmm, most of the problems were solved by our teachers, and some were solved through asking our friends and as well as our own thinking.
This project have provided me more information on how to fully utilise ACCPAC as it covers lots of scenario which could happen in the outside world. Moreover, the business we are doing on, PineTree, we had found many unique transactions and there were obviously no clear solution to it. Decision making plays an important role as we need to think on our own and to decide the best deicision to make for it.
This may be one the many problems that we might face when we go out and work, not just in ACCPAC but everywhere.
Also, our 5-man team also need to cooperate together, even though most might say it is just doign on one computer. So it is quite hard to segregate the duties. i believed this is not true as , all of us have a part to play. So our team were quite efficient as we identify the job roles - Doing of Accpac, Data Entry form, Journals and Blogging. There were times where we were sick of our job or we could not do but al of us supported one another. We took on the initiative to help one another as this is a group project.
Balanced lifestyle - We had lots of fun together- hmm besides the doing of ACCPAC we also make sure that we exercise properly!!! Spending too much in the lab is bad- your mind will get stale. Playing badminton and basketball! were one way to distress ourself! and our upcoming would be on friday- the due date! hahaah
I feel that my team is Really AWESOME - our team are full of capable people who are ready to tackle, solve any problems that come along.
Pestering the teachers to help us! we are very grateful to them and believe me, approaching the teacher was one of our last resort! Hours of "Discussion" were spent on solving it.
!!! So what about our project now! RIGHT NOW WE ARE STUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hahah sucks, just when we thought we were done with this project, we found problems yesterday!!!! the problems include - wrong entries posted! hmm look at the following entries

Joke of the year! we actually made this problem at the end of our project. Luckily we had several back-up to back us up. LUCKY!!
